Warranty Terms in Writing
The distributor contract specifies warranty coverage for every component: Lifetime warranty on the main steel frame. Bearings, pulleys, and guide rods: 1–2 years. Cables and springs: 1 year. Upholstery and handles: 6 months. Faulty parts during warranty are replaced by express courier at no cost. Replacement parts are also bundled with every shipment proactively — not just on request.

Payment Terms
30% + 70%
30% deposit to confirm the order. Remaining 70% settled by T/T (wire transfer) before shipment. Standard commercial terms, no surprises.
Production & Delivery
≤ 60 days
Maximum 60-day production and delivery window from order confirmation. Typical lead times are shorter depending on order size and current production schedule.
Contract Duration
1 year
Standard agreement term is 12 months. Distributors who meet their annual sales target have priority renewal rights. Targets are split into quarterly milestones.
Exclusivity Threshold
80% of target
Achieve 80% or more of your agreed annual sales target and your exclusive territory status is maintained. Transparent performance criteria — no arbitrary decisions.
Warranty Claim Window
30 days
Defects must be reported within 30 days of discovery with photographic evidence and the product serial number. Qualifying claims receive replacement parts, not just advice.
Brand & Trademark Use
Full rights
Authorized distributors can use YR Fitness trademarks and product assets for sales and marketing during the agreement period. A confidentiality agreement is signed alongside.
Warranty Coverage
LIFETIME WARRANTY
ON THE FRAME.
The main steel structure of every YR strength machine carries a lifetime warranty — the same commitment you’d expect from premium international brands. All warranty terms are written into the distributor contract, not decided on a case-by-case basis.
Warranty period starts 60 days after delivery to your warehouse, giving your team time to inspect before the warranty clock begins.
For distributors: Being able to show gym clients a lifetime structural warranty — in writing, from a CE/TÜV/ISO-certified manufacturer — is a genuine sales advantage over local competitors who cannot offer the same.
